2023 AGM for CPP Community Theatre Inc.

When: Saturday 11th November @ 5pm sharp (doors open from 4.30pm)
Where: The Factory, Unit 20, 63-71 Bayfield Road East, Bayswater

What do you need to bring?: Dinner / Snacks, Drinks and a comfy seat if you want it. We will also be putting in an order for pizza for dinner so some cash to pay towards that.

The following is the breakdown of the roles open for re-election at the AGM:
– 2 x 2 year terms (vacant terms from this year)
– 3 x 3 year terms
– 1 x 1 year term
AND
– 1 x 2 year Chairperson term

Note: to nominate for Chairperson you must be serving or have previously served on the CPP Committee or Croydon Parish Players Committee for a minimum of 12 months.

As things stand, we know that we have 3 definite positions that we need to fill PLUS the 2 vacant terms we have. We therefore need 5 people to step forward and join committee.

According to our constitution it is a requirement that our committee consist of, at a minimum, 5 members + a chair. Whilst it may be possible to run the group like this, it is not sustainable. A full committee is needed.

All nomination forms need to be received by our Secretary no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 7th November.
